"Good Enough" isn't good enough.
Most of the time, “good enough” will do. It won’t get you credit or recognition, but it won’t get you fired either.
In contrast, obsessing over the last 1-2% to get to what you would call ‘perfection’ is a waste of time and effort. There comes a point where it takes more and more energy to achieve smaller and smaller gain.
But unless we aim higher than we feel...
